KBD created a brand with alluring charm and fresh sophistication that would attract potential homebuyers to a new opportunity in West Coquitlam. Inspired by its location on a unique tree-lined street, the name “florin” was a modern take on an “old fashioned” name of French/Romanian origin meaning flower or flourishing. This botanical theme was incorporated through innovative and elegant applications on signage, print and in the presentation centre.
