The setting for River + Pine is the hidden gem of South Surrey. Truthfully, its location has been a bit of a mysterious development to local residents — tucked between main thoroughfares, yet protected from traffic, we haven’t quite known what’s been developing. It’s been a true pleasure to give this community in my neighbourhood an identity that’s drawing attention to some of the best real estate in South Surrey – Riverfront AND Parkside opportunities. With Kleen Design creating signature designer finishes, these homes will be a rare offering for the area. An outdoors inspired presentation centre is in underway to convey the best of living close to nature.
