The goal was to intrigue new home buyers with a compelling opportunity to invest and put down roots in a growing community. Focussed heavily at the millennial market, it was important to communicate the distinguishing quality of Gramercy homes as well as this family developer’s authentic personality.
Kelly led the creative team at CREW in developing the brand and messaging from start to finish. A 12 page lifestyle brochure with custom photography captured the up-and-coming vibe of main street Aldergrove along with design details unique to Gramercy. With the brand set, an awareness campaign is in place covering a variety of media channels including print ads, digital Pay-Per-Click ads and a social media presence.
