In 2012 Forge Properties was developing an exciting new living opportunity with a dreamy ocean view from the hills of White Rock. Designed by Ankenman Associates Architects, its form is thoughtful, expressive and bold. While at Invision, Kelly led the creative team with a creative strategy that would make this new offering the talk of the town. Locals’ favourite restaurants and beach spots were featured in the program simultaneously promoting nearby businesses. The presentation centre was designed from the ground up with its own epic view and inspiration from the architecture itself.

Royce was recognized with over 10 awards locally, provincially and nationally for its achievements in construction, design, marketing and sales, including Best Mid-Highrise Project by the National Awards for Housing Excellence and Residential Community of the Year by the Georgie Awards.
