Southaven is a refined collection of modern apartment homes situated in Elgin, one of South Surrey’s most coveted neighborhoods, surrounded by urban comforts and allure of nature. The original marketing strategy was to design and build an independent presentation centre building, but with the market moving so rapidly Park Ridge Homes quickly pivoted to a commercial retail environment. KBD promptly provided layout solutions incorporating the ideal display suite and all functional areas to service the sales team. Interior Design of the presentation centre was inspired by the specs for common areas in the Southaven buildings. Brand direction and creative assets were designed and tailored to a the current target audience who would appreciate a soft neutrals palette and trending lifestyle vibe. KBD received the perfect compliment by a 20 something buyer in the market for such a home when she said, “it felt like the whole project was designed for me”.
