Naming of The LOOP was a result of listening to the developer’s vision for the community. Under a canopy of trees, in the middle of the community, is the Loop Trail – a strategically detailed plan to create a community where “you don’t have to go anywhere to go somewhere”. DESIGNED AROUND YOU is a simple positioning statement that gets to the heart of what makes The Loop special. Every aspect of these exceptional townhomes and the community to which they belong was designed with the end user in mind. The word “around” reinforces “The Loop,” evoking a strong visual image that reflects a central element of the community and the inspiration for its name. This visual cue was applied in detail to every buyer touchpoint throughout the sales journey for a consistent and memorable brand experience.
